박	박선홍 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛집으로 유명한집.. 벌써 4번째..우린 그냥 환장라멘에 닭껍질교자시킴.. 너무 맛남..일본갔을때 먹던 유명맛집과 비교해도 안뒤짐.. 항상 대기자가 많아 갈때마다 40분에서 1시간 이상 대기중이라 슬픔... 그래도 꼭 가보시라.. A famous restaurant.. It's already the 4th time.. we just made chicken skin gyoza in Hwanjang Ramen.. It's so delicious.. It's not inferior to the famous restaurants I ate when I went to Japan.. There is always a long wait, so every time I go, it takes 40 minutes to an hour or more. Sorry I'm waiting... Be sure to go though.

s	sang min joo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 그냥 저냥 무난한 라멘집. 안에 내용물이 너무 밸런스 생각없이 많음. 그릇 사이즈를 키우고 육수를 더 넣어서 밸런스 조절이 필요함. 마늘 플레이크는 반드시 빼야함. 식감은 물론 맛에도 아무 영향을 주지 못함. 숙주양은 10%정도 줄여야 함. 면발은 정말 조금 더 굵었으면 더 어울릴거 같음. 밸런스만 조절하면 재방문 의사는 있으나 위치 접근성이 너무 나빠서 보완이 없다면 따로 찾아갈 곳은 아님. Just a decent ramen shop. The contents inside are too much without thinking about balance. The balance needs to be adjusted by increasing the size of the bowl and adding more broth. Garlic flakes must be removed. It has no effect on the texture or taste. The amount of host should be reduced by about 10%. I think it would look better if the hair was a little thicker. There is a willingness to revisit if only the balance is adjusted, but the location accessibility is so bad that it is not a place to visit if there is no supplementation.
