최	최윤민 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 서리태 커피 : 처음은 달콤하고 부드럽고 물보다는 조금 무거운 라떼느낌의 상층부가 맛을 이끈다. 설탕의 진득한 단맛과는 다르게 서리태(?)와 섞인 탓인지 느끼한 맛이 없고 좋다. 중반부에 가면 단 맛은 거의 줄어들어 라떼의 부드러운 맛이 입안을 가득 채워 한여름에도 행복한 만족을 느낄 수 있다. 마지막 하층부에선 조금 진득한 커피의 샷이 느껴져서 아메리카노보단 크림 느낌이 나는 샷의 맛을 느낄 수 있다. 기타 과일쥬스는 그때그때 다른 과일로 만들어 준다. 최근 버터를 가미한 커피가 하나 추가되었는데 설탕의 단맛만을 올린 것이 아닌 달콤쌉싸름한 버터와 크림과 소스가 어우러져 부드럽게 먹을 수 있다. 서리태에 비해 조금 더 달지만 질릴정도의 단맛은 아니기에 단맛을 좋아하는 사람은 마셔보면 좋을 듯 하다. 인테리어에 관해 한가지 의문이 드는데 2층의 낮은 탁자에 위치한 작은 드럼통 형태의 의자가 보인다. 그런데 동물의 모피를 씌운듯한 그 의자는 무언가 형언할 수 없는 존재감을 비춘다. 마치 한번도 본 적 없는 무언가를 마주하는 느낌이다. 촉감은 부드럽다. 3층은 근처에 높은 건물이 몇채 없어서 맑은 날 뻥뚫린 하늘과 함께 대관령을 볼 수 있다. Recently, a coffee with butter added has been added, and the sweet and sour butter, cream and sauce are not only sweetened with sugar but can be eaten smoothly. It's a bit sweeter than frost tea, but it's not sweet enough to get tired. One question arises about the interior: a small drum-shaped chair on a low table on the second floor. The chair, like the fur of an animal, reflects an indescribable presence. It feels like you've encountered something you've never seen before. The touch is soft. There are few tall buildings nearby on the third floor, so you can see Daegwallyeong with clear sky.

먹	먹방여신수민 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 짬뽕빵 기다리면서 먹어봤는데 서리태커피가 시그니쳐라는데 그냥 에이드 먹을껄 하고 후회했다. 너무 미숫가루 밍밍한 맛이라 해야할까 이게 뭔맛인지 더 자세히는 설명을 할수 없지만 음.. 그냥 그랬다. I tried it while waiting for Champon bread, but I said that Frost Tae coffee was a signature and I just regretted eating Ade. I can't explain in more detail what this taste is like because it's so sweet and sour, but um... I just did.
K	Kyoungsun Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 서리태커피가 유명한곳. 맛을 쉽게 표현하자면 에스프레소에 미숫가루맛 콩크림이 올려져있는 커피맛이라고 설명할수있겠습니당. 평소에 미숫가루의 꼬소한 맛을 즐기시는 분이라면 이것도 맛있게 마실수있을거에요! 진한맛은 아니고 약간 밍밍하기는 한데 그래도 저는 마음에들었어요 호홓!!! 카페 내부는 좁긴하지만 층수가 높아서 가면 항상 자리가 있기는 한 것 같아요. 강릉중앙시장에서 커피한잔 하고싶다!!하면 저는 이곳 가장 추천할것같은곳! 바로옆집이 강릉 중화짬뽕빵 가게이고 가까운 곳에 팡파미유도 있어서 함께 들러보셔도 좋을것같아요><(갠적으로 짬뽕빵...은 회의적이라 안먹었지만 카페에서 내려다보니 웨이팅줄이어마어마하더라구요) The place famous for Seorita Coffee. The inside of the cafe is narrow, but the number of floors is high, so there seems to be always a seat. If you want to have a cup of coffee at Gangneung Jungang Market!! I would recommend this place the most! The next door is a Gangneung Junghwa Jjambong Bread Shop, and there is also a Fanpa Miyu nearby, so it would be nice to visit together.>
ᄉ	ᄉᄀ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 서리태라떼가 미숫가루처럼 농도가 짙을 줄 알았는데 그런 느낌 전혀 없이 맑았다. 처음에는 좀 밍밍하나 했는데 먹다보니 그정도가 딱 좋았던 것 같다. 닭강정이랑 먹었는데 매우 좋았다. I thought that Seoritae Latte would be as thick as wheat flour, but it was clear without that feeling at all. It was a little bland at first, but as I ate it, it seemed to be just right. I ate it with chicken gangjeong and it was very good.
S	SC L (ParkourT) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛있다. 여기에 방문한다면 무조건무조건 서리태 커피를 먹어볼 것을 추천. 앉을 장소는 많지 않아서 테이크 아웃을 할 생각을 가지고 가는 것이 좋다. 그냥 아메리카노는 그냥 아주 평범한 맛이지만, 서리테 커피에 올라가는 서리테크림이 좋다. 뭔가 익숙하면서도 커피랑 잘 어울리는 고소한 달달함. 이 근처에 가면 꼭 들러서 한잔 마시고 싶은 그런 커피! 오랜만에 커피 마시면서 만족. 2층에는 앉을자리가 있고, 3층에도 자리가 있지만 3층은 야외라서 날씨가 어지간히 좋지 않고서는 갈 엄두가 안날 것 같다. 조금 단점이라면, 커피 나오는데 시간이 은근 많이 걸린다는 점! 제조과정을 알 수는 없지만 커피시키고 은근 시간이 걸린다. 시간이나 일정이 빠듯한 사람의 경우에는 커피 때문에 발 동동 구를지도! delicious. If you visit here, I recommend you to try Seotaetae coffee unconditionally. There aren't many places to sit, so it's a good idea to take the idea of taking out.
