광안리 식당을 검색하던 중 발견한 곳. 사장님 친절하시고 밑반찬 정갈하고 고기는 정말 맛있었다. 고기를 주방에서 구워서 그런지 매장에 냄새가 안 나서 좋았다. 된장라면도 별미.
Found while searching for a restaurant in Gwangalli. The owner was friendly, the side dishes were neat, and the meat was really good. It was good because the meat was grilled in the kitchen, so there was no smell in the store. The miso ramen is also delicious.

모든것이 애매하고 이상했다 고급과 대중적임, 양식과 한식의 언밸러스한 혼종 프리미엄 고기라 자부하는 문구가 많다. 주문하면 나무 통에 예쁘게 데코한뒤에 데이블에 보여준다음 직접구워서 가져다준다 버섯야채랑 같이 구워진 고기는 "한그릇"에 나오고, 그릇밑에는 고기식지말라고 초 두개에 불을 붙여준다. 1. 고기를 스테이크로 구워주고 세트주문시 와인이나오지만 밑반찬은 샐러드와함께 양파절임, 된장고추, 마늘쫑절임이다. 여기서부터 이상함을 느꼈다. 2.절임은 던부 매웠다. 그냥 생이었다. 피드백이 없는건지 안받아들이는건지 모르겠지만 정말 내입맛엔 안맞았다. 절임이 맛... 3.구워나온 고기는 금방식었다. 밑에 양초 두개는 택도 없는거같다. 4.잘려진 스테이크라 나이프는 필요없다 . 당근 홀그레인샐러드에 생야채 블루베리마요소스를 세팅하며 친절히 설명해주고, 고기는 구워다주는데 수저는 그냥 일반식당처럼 테이블 밑에서 꺼내야한다 5.여러가지요인이 위화감을 느끼게한다. 고기는 스테이크, 추가메뉴는 육회다. 거기에 밥이랑 ㆍ듼장찌개를 시킬수 있다.오묘한 조합속에 시킨 된장찌개는 화룡점정이었다. 이게 순두부찌개인지. 버섯찌개인지, 된장찌개인지 알수없는 맛이다. 게다가 찌개에 양파를 그... 길쭉길쭉하게 잘라넣어서 먹기도 불편했다. 재료는 아끼지않았다. 6.중요한 고기맛. 일반적으로 소고기가 28000원이면 싼가격이다. 근데 돈아까웠다... 총평 : 같이간 와이프한테 미안하다

지인의 추천으로 방문하게 된 “부산등심” 부산에선 처음 보는 스타일의 고깃집입니다. 구워져서 스테이크처럼 나온다고 이야길 듣고 방문! 젊은 친구들과 나이드신분들 남녀노소 누구나 좋아할수 있는 반찬 구성과 맛 그리고 서비스! 프렌치식 당근샐러드,장아찌 3종, 양파절임은 고기로 느끼해진 입을 잡아주는데 너무 완벽했습니다. 게다가 특이한 장아찌가 있던데 “돼지감자장아찌”! 사장님이 직접 캐서 담그셨다고 하더라구요. 이름이 부산등심이라 등심만 있는게 아니라 그날 그날 좋은 고기로 골라 구어주시는데 굽기도 딱 적당하며 맛 또한 최고 였습니다. 직접 구어먹지 않아 편하게 먹어서 너무 좋았어요. 제가 방문한 날은 안심이 나왔는데 평소 안심은 안 좋아했었는데 너무 부드럽고 맛있었어요~ 제 인생안심맛집! ㅋ 아무튼 너무 잘 먹고 좋은 시간이였습니당❤️❤️
