국물은 보기보다 진하지는 않았지만 내 취향이 였다
매운 미소라멘의 국물을 먹어보았는데 칼칼하고 적당히 매워서 아주 맛있었다. 다음에 방문하면 꼭 먹어볼듯
다만 면이 조금 많이 익어서 내 취향의 면발은 아닌듯하다

제가 구글에 마코토를 등록했는데 같은 건물이다 보니 혼재되어 등록되었나 봅니다.
어쨌든 얼마전에 처음으로 방문해 봤는데 라멘 정말 마음에 듭니다.
한국 입맛에 맞게 국물 간은 덜 짜면서도 국물이 깊은 맛이 있네요.
불향 나는 차슈도 부드럽고 맛있습니다.
다음에 가면 꼭 차슈 추가로~
라멘과 모듬초밥을 주문했는데 초밥에 네타 숙성도 좋았습니다.
다음에는 덮밥류 먹으로 가봐야 겠습니다.

아지타마고는 그냥 간이 아무것도 안되있는 삶은계란을 얻어줍니다.
또 국물, 차슈,면 다 따로놉니다. 각각 완제품사서 담아놓는듯한 이질감이 느껴져요.
매운 라멘은 오리지널에 그냥 고추장 푼거 같이 텁텁해요.
맛잇는 라멘집 먹고 여기 먹어보면 진짜 차이가 확확 느껴질정도인데
진짜 여기가 평이 좋은게 이해가 안되네요 정말
마코토 스시 평이 여기 같이 달려서 그런건가요?
여긴 라멘집인데 스시랑 덮밥도 같이 팝니다. 주방장은 한분처럼 보이는데 말이죠.
