Thanks to the very kind branch manager and staff, I feel good every time I go to the shop. I bought Émonda a while ago, and the branch manager was very careful with the fitting and did a good job. I've been to a lot of other bike stores, but I've never seen a place as friendly and skilled as Trek's Haeundae branch. very good.

I bought a Bontrager half glove, which was not planned, but I am very satisfied with the feeling of wearing and the cushioning of the palm part. I was curious about the torque value and the availability of large cleat shoes when attaching the Bontrager Ion Pro Light's cradle, but thank you for letting me know. I really like Track's offline sales policy. In this non-face-to-face era, it seems to be a very good protection policy that excludes online sales and encourages purchases by visiting stores so that they can buy by going to the store and interacting with the employees. Due to the limited store size and shelf space, very busy during peak hours and sometimes it is difficult to locate what you want right away. Still, highly recommended and worth a visit if in the area.
