Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 숙성 고기집이고 삼겹살, 목살 먹고 왔습니다. 삼겹살은 맛있어도 예상 범위 내에서 많이 새롭진 않았는데... 목살은 캬~ 정말 마지막 한 점까지도 깊히 감탄하고 음미하며 먹었습니다. 어떻게 목살이 그럴 수 있죠?? 워낙 고기를 잘 구워 주시기도 했는데 그래도 이전에 경험했던 목살이겠지 단정지었던 자신이 부끄러웠던.. 부드럽고 육즙이 살아있는 목살이었습니다. 맛있게 먹는 법 알려주신대로 목살 한 점 위에 구운 묵은지 올리고, 유자 무채 올리고, 고추냉이 살짝 올려 먹는 맛이 진짜~ 최고였습니다. 원래 돼지고기 소금 살짝 찍어 먹는걸 좋아하는데 소금엔 손도 안댔어요. 처음입니다 진짜ㅎㅎㅎ 내어주신 반찬들도 하나하나 맛없는게 없고 참 음식에 진심이구나 감탄하고 왔습니다. 별 5개 드려야 마땅합니다. 번창하세요!! It's a matured meat restaurant, and I've been eating pork belly and neck. Although the pork belly was delicious, it wasn't very new within the expected range... The neck meat is ok~ Really, I deeply admired and savored even the last bit. How can the neck be like that?? He even grilled the meat so well, but I was ashamed of myself for thinking that it must have been the neck I had experienced before.. It was tender and juicy. Just as you told me how to eat it deliciously, it was really delicious to eat it with a piece of neck, a piece of roasted old paper, a citron radish, and a little bit of wasabi on top. I like to eat pork with a little salt, but I never touched the salt. This is my first time really haha I came here admiring that the side dishes you served are not tasteless and that the food is genuine. It deserves to be given 5 stars. Prosper!!
