★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 공원이(성저공원) 가깝고 먹자골목도 있어 외식 하기 좋음. 이와 함께 중간 공원길은 나무들도 많이 커서 숲길 같이 쾌적함. 오마학군은 옵션으로 좋음.
The park is close to (Seongjeo Park) and there is also a food alley, so it is good to eat out. In addition, the middle park path has many trees and is comfortable like a forest path. Oma School District is a good option.

1. 주차장 거의 없어서 차를 못대고 간격이 너무 좁아 다 긁힘. 지하주차장 내려가는 엘리베이터 없음.
2. 엘리베이터 느리고 덜컹거림
3.평수에 비하여 대단히 작음. 거의 5평 정도 빠진다고 보면 됨.
4. 상가에 식당이 없음.
5. 지하철 너무 멀어서 버스로 15분 걸어서 20분
6. 방마다 곰팡이
7. 난방안되고 난방비 관리비 폭탄.. 겨울 35만원
8. 방안에서 엘리베이터 움직이는 소음이 계속 들림.
9. 안방 화장실 곰팡이 냄새.
10. 층간소음 너무 심함..
살아본 아파트 중 최악
이사올 때 인테리어 완전 새거로 했는데 1년안되서 안방 장롱 틈사이에 생긴 곰팡이들.. 이거 때문에 병날듯.. 이 아파트 전체가 이럴 것같다.
Not even 1 star.
1. There is hardly any parking lot, so you can't park a car, and the gap is too narrow. There is no elevator going down to the underground parking lot.
2. Elevator is slow and rattling
3. Very small compared to the square footage. It looks like it's missing about 5 square feet.
4. There is no restaurant in the mall.
5. The subway is too far, 15 minutes by bus and 20 minutes on foot
6. Mold in every room
7. There is no heating and the heating cost is a bomb.. 350,000 won in winter
8. Constant noise of elevator moving in the room.
9. The smell of mold in the bathroom.
10. Too much noise between floors..
Worst apartment I've ever lived in
When I moved in, the interior was completely new, but it's been less than a year since I moved in. Molds that have formed between the gaps in the bedroom closet.. I'm afraid I'll get sick because of this.. The whole apartment looks like this.
