★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and response from a woman working at the desk of Social/Disability service. This woman with constant angry face and condescending manner gets angry by herself at no apparent reason. Another short woman from behind (looks to be a superior position) intervened to soothe her down but she had another hideous way of digressing the subject with me. What an abhorring experience I had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolute disaster and totally un-welcoming to foreigners. i went there for something so simple and mind you, i prepared everything i had to say in korean before-hand to make the process easier for both parties but still, the person working with me actually laughed at me and treated me in such a condescending manner. i even offered to use naver dictionary/google translate to help smoothen things but to no avail i was still ignored. absolutely horrible.
