★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too many places to eat past midnight but glad to find this. Very satisfying meal. Bulgogi beef and ginseng chicken soup both really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best dumplings (stuffed buns served in water) we had found in Seoul, really delicious! Pork, bone and potato soup was good, full of flavour and a massive portion (we had the medium size and was more than enough between 3). Staff nice too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pork bone and potato pot is quite good. It is very Korean style and flavor. It makes you warm after the meal, which is very suitable for the winter. The bibimbap is also tasty. A very recommendable restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived from a red-eye and found their branch in Jeodong/Chungmuro (near the Starbucks on the corner) whilst wandering around the Myeongdong area!
Definitely a great find as it was fascinating to see the place run by elderly Korean people, which was very sweet to see. They thought we were Chinese and spoke Chinese to us, and I believe they thought we were Chinese until we left (due to I guess the tourists in the area normally being chinese) and suspected that all our attempts to say otherwise wasn't understood since their English might not be the best.
Even though there were evident language barriers, it was still a pleasant enough experience that we returned a few times after the initial meal as the food was so suitable and comforting in the cold weather, and was very very cheap for what you got! Their stew was around $7AU on the menu that would easily have been $25 back in Australia, and my favourite pick from this place, the seafood pancake (?pajeon) was only $8AU and would've definitely been +20$ back in AU for the portion size and amount of seafood in it. It being open 24/7 also meant that after a long day of touring around, it was nice to just have the option of a comforting meal and a quiet 10 minute stroll to and from!
I probably wouldn't go out of my way to go and eat there again but definitely would go in if I happen to go past either of their shops whilst walking around! A very pleasant experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and great gamjatang. Lady was super friendly and made sure I was looked after. She came over and instructed me how to eat the gamjatang (by taking the bones out of the soup first). I normally leave the bone in. Soo good went back the next day for more! English menu with photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for Gamjatang (Korean Pork Bone Soup), look no further.
The gamjatang here is flavorful and delicious. We also ordered a Korean pancake and spicy pork stir fry which was both amazing.
The only thing was that the waiter was a bit pushy in making us order more. Other than that a great place to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s awesome find.... was hungry close to midnight and hoping to find a 24hr eatery at Myeongdong. Had the bone soup and ginseng chicken soup, and I wasn’t disappointed. The people are friendly and the food simply heavenly. ????
