상가 화장실 이용에 불만이 많았다.
함께한 여자분들 이용시 화장지도 없었으며
남자 화장실 좌변기 이용에 소변도 새고
번호키로 이용하는데도 청결상태가
아주 나쁘지는 않았지만 깨끗한 편도 아니다.
솔직히 상가 화장실을 낮에 폐쇄적으로 이용
하는게 매출에 도움이 되겠는가?
내가 상가 소유/관리자라면 조금 더러워지더라도
미화원을 써서 화장실 이용시 깨끗하고 자유롭게 이용하도록하여 화장실을 이용하려고
상가에 들리는 사람들을 구매활동으로
이어지게하여 각 점포들의 매출증대에 기여하도록
하겠다.
그러면 결과로서 월세 및 임대료 상승으로 이어지게
될 것이다.
