★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 청사 바로 옆에 위치. 한밭수목원이 가까워서 밥먹고 산책가면 좋음. 평송 청소년 수련관이 바로 옆에 있어서 수영같은 스포츠도 할수있음. 예술의전당, 국악원 가까움. 유치원, 초등학교가 단지안에 있음. 서울 갈때 옆에 있는 고속버스 터미널 이용하면 강남까지 바로.
Located right next to the office building. Hanbat Arboretum is close by. Pyeongsong Youth Training Center is right next door, so you can do sports like swimming. Seoul Arts Center, close to Gugak Center. Kindergarten and elementary school are in the complex. When you go to Seoul, take the express bus terminal to Gangnam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 너무 좋아요? 오래 살아서 그런지 더 좋은것 같아요! 초등학교가 가까워서 좋고 어린이집도 있어서 좋아요! 대전청사도 있는데 거기에 어린이집도 같이 있어서 좋아요? 엑스포광장 도 옆에있어서 좋구요 놀이터도 좋고 한밭수목원,평송 청소년 수련관 등등 여러가지 좋은것들이 너무 좋아요!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 조용히 살기 좋은 집. 구축이어서 레이아웃이 심히 안좋아서 다른 신축 아파트로 이사 예정이지만 언젠가 돈을 더 많이 모으게되면 이곳으로 돌아와서 집 싹 고치고 살고 싶다. 아니면 단지 리모델링 이후 들어오거나... 아파트 상가만 좀 더 좋아지면 좋겠다. 변변한 카페 하나 없는건 좀...
