★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 딸아이 저녁 사주려고 청주내려와서 저녁시간에 들렀습니다. 깨끗합니다. 친절하구요. 갈비가 씹히는 맛이 있습니다. 참나무 슻을 듬뿍 담아 가져옵니다. 100퍼 참숯. 밥이 찰지고 맛있습니다. 쌀이 좋네요. 져요. 된장찌게도 맛있습니다. 이정도면 만점, 최고인듯 합니다. 얄팍한 맛이 아니고 정성이 들어간맛으로 고기를 씹는 맛을 좋아하시면 강추합니다. 입에서 살살 녹아내리는 것 좋아하면 비추. 금강갈비가 돼지갈비보다 훨씬 맛있습니다.

돌어가려던차에 금강숯불갈비 간판이보여 들어갇다.
입구부터 주인사장님인듯하다.
기분좋거 맞이 하여주시고 이어직원분의 주문으로 이어졌다.
돼지갈비/금강갈비/누룽지를 중순하였다.
돼지갈비는 맛이좋았다.
또한 금강갈비는 담백한 맛에좋았다.
아쉽다면 누룽지양이 넝 적었다는 점이다^^
그러나 전반적으로 좋았다.
다음에 기회가 된다면 또한번 가보고 싶은 식당이다.

Real 불맛입니다. 기름에 구워지게끔 같이 나온 마늘도 너무 맛있습니다. 고깃집에서 마늘 이렇게 맛있게 먹은적 처음입니다.밑반찬도 하나하나 다 맛있었어요.. 양념게장, 오이냉국, 감자샐러드, 등등. 기본적으로 재료를 좋은 걸 쓰시는 듯... 후식으로 나온 냉면, 누룽지, 찌개도 다 맛있었습니다. 그리고 사장님이 너무 친절하세요. 중간중간 찾아오셔서 괜찮으신지 확인하시고, 말씀나누시고, 서비스 챙겨주시고, 장사 잘 되는 집은 이유가 있다고 느꼈습니다..

직원분들 친절하고 주인분께세 돌아다니면서
부족분 채워주심
양념갈비는 과하게 달지않음
