★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 위치는 아주 좋으나 외관이 낡아보이는게 단점. 내부 복도도 음산해서 리모델링하지않으면 후미진 모텔같은 느낌을 줌. 필로티 구조에 기계식주차라는게 매우 큰 단점..리모델링한 집에 들어가보면 내부는 체감상 크고 훌륭함.. 다른건 다 커버할수있겟지만 주차가 정말 크다..
 The location is very good, but the downside is that the exterior looks old. The interior hallways are also gloomy, so if you don't remodel it, it feels like a backstory motel. A very big disadvantage of the piloti structure and the mechanical parking.. When you enter the remodeled house, the inside is big and wonderful.. You can cover everything else, but the parking is really big..
