★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid 8000won for a coffee, and this is a total rip off! The standard of the coffee was unforgivable. You can have much better coffee costing 4~5000won a cup in any other coffee shop in Korea. And the service was BAD, I mean BAD. Also I think the owners are Japanese. So they are ripping off tourist, giving bad impression about Korea..Unless you like to be ripped off for BAD coffee, BAD service, GO somewhere else, Really! There are far better places to go around Hong-Dea. Don't waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure why all the other comments here are bashing the owners. I just left this shop and the owners were incredibly nice. They did ask everyone to buy something... But they are a business after all and we stayed and took any many pictures as we want! She even took some photos for us and with us. My latte was delicious as well as the waffle ice cream! Hope more people experience what my friends and I experienced today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is so against visitors who come to just see the place from the drama he's almost rude. Not a nice vibe. I understand the people have actually written on walls and taken stuff but still. A different attitude towards your customers would make people come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to buy something to take pictures. When I went there for the first time, it was just me and the waiter - friendly, old man. He told me that only tourists come to this place.
I could take a lot of good photos. But sadly, food and drinks are not good. The waffles were expensive, pre-made (frozen?) and tasted bad. Coffee was ordinary, nothing special. My advice - don't buy the waffles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will never understand the feeling of the owner/s until you got a cafe as popular used in the Coffee Prince. We went there last night and the barista was so nice he asked us to send our pictures in lieu of the 10th anniversary of the Korean drama. I just so love the series, I am planning to watch it again. Good vibes! ?
