반석 고등학교가 있고 학구열이 지역에서 높은 편이라고 하는데..
아이들은 보면 다 학원 가있습니다.
고등학교가 가까워서 (도보 3분) 비교적 집값이 높은편입니다.
투자를 목적이라면 1단지가 가장 투자성이 좋고 월세 전세가 빨리 이루어집니다.
다른 단지들은 대형 평수라 거래가 적은 편입니다.
살기는 주변에 식당 마트 다 있어서 좋습니다.
주차는 차가 너무 많아서 밤에 오면 아파트 단지를 조금 돌아서 겨우겨우 찾습니다.
지하 주차장과 아파트 동과 연결되어 있지 않아서 비오면 조금 괴롭습니다.

There's Banseok High School and the school district is high in the area.
Every child sees a private academy.
It is relatively close to high school (3 minutes on foot).
For investment purposes, Complex 1 is the most investable and the rent is fast.
Other complexes are large-sized flat, so they trade less.
It's nice to have a restaurant mart nearby.
Parking is so crowded that when you come at night, you can only find a bit around the apartment complex.
It's a bit awkward when it rains because it's not connected to the underground car park and apartment building.
