★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 지하 주차장이 매우 커서 주차공간이 여유있고 지상공간이 충분함 -> 산책 공간 및 아이들 놀이 공간이 넓음. 단지 관리 깔끔. 재활용장 가깝고 맨날 버려도 되서 좋음. 관리비 15만(3-11월)~25만(12-2월).
버스정류장 가깝고 24년 7호선 옥정역 코앞. 잠실가는 광역버스는 도보 5분 걸어가서 타야되지만 7호선 개통되면 광역버스도 코앞에 설 것 같음.
자동차 전용도로 입구 근처라 자동차 출퇴근이 마우 편리.
단지 바로 앞에 스타벅스 짓는 중이고(거의 완공) 삼성전자 서비스센터도 들어 온다 함.
다만 마트가 멀고(있었는데 폐점) 단지 내 편의점이 없어 아쉬움. 또한 근처 상가 건물이 1동 뿐인데 좀 파리바게트 약국 동네카페 아이스크림 할인점 헬스장 미용실 정도 있는데 아쉬움. 고읍 중심 상가와 먼 것도 다소 아쉬움(차로 가깝지만 차타고 가기가 귀찮음..)
전체적으로 자동차 있는 사람은 매우 편하고 조용하고 애키우기 좋음. (자동차 없는 가족 구성원은 다소 불편할듯)
The underground parking lot is very large, so there is plenty of parking space and plenty of ground space. Just care tidy. Close to the recycling ground, so you can throw it away all the time. Management fee 150,000 (March-November)-250,000 (December-February).
Close to the bus station and in front of the Okjeong Station on Line 7, 2012. The local bus going to Jamsil should be walked on for 5 minutes, but when the line 7 is opened, the local bus will also be in front of you.
The commute to the car is convenient because it is near the entrance of the car road.
It is just building Starbucks right in front of it (almost completed) and Samsung Electronics Service Center is also coming in.
But the mart is far away (closed), but it's too bad my convenience store. In addition, there is only one building near the mall, but Paris Baguette pharmacy neighborhood cafe ice cream discount store gym beauty salon is a pity. It's a bit unfortunate to be far from the center of the town center.
Overall, people with cars are very comfortable, quiet and good to care for. (A family member without a car seems a little uncomfortable)
