★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 몇년간 거주했던 아파트. 앞에 도곡 공원이 정원처럼 느껴진다. 봄에는 벚꽃이 피고, 겨울에는 눈에 쌓인 산을 보면 상당히 아름답다. 교통이 아쉽다. 2007년 3월 입주 하였으며 총 5개동, 321세대 규모. 이면도로에 위치해 조용하고 매매가 대비 거주 만족도가 높은 도곡아이파크1차 아파트.
단지내 조경이 잘 꾸며져 있으며 아파트 바로 뒤 도곡공원과 통하는 문이 있어 산책하기 좋다
An apartment that has lived for years. Dogok Park feels like a garden in front. The cherry blossoms bloom in spring and the mountains piled up in the snow in winter are quite beautiful. Traffic is unfortunate. Moved in March 2007, total 5 buildings, 321 households. The first apartment in Dogok I Park, located on the back side of the road, is quiet and has high residential satisfaction compared to the sale price.
The landscaping in the complex is well decorated and there is a door to Dogok Park right after the apartment, so it is good for a walk.
